Excellent gym for people of all fitness levels. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who has anxiety over walking into a new gym. Steve has done a great job of bringing together a community of people who are warm and welcoming, and want you to meet your fitness goals.
Crossfit Souled Out cannot be beat! The prices are good, but the experience is top notch. The owner/coach (Steve) truly cares about seeing you succeed, no matter what shape you might be in when you start. Since starting here, my daily aches and pains are gone. I'm sleeping better, eating healthier and just feeling great. You will not regret starting up with this gym.
