Absolutely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff
( changing my drivers license back to Saskatchewan and Changing title of a car I bought ) I would leave a zero rating for this business if I could . Without even entering my name into the system it was immediate from them everything they couldn't do for me and things they required . I had 4 proofs of residence . My existing Manitoba drivers license . Birth certificate , passport . Stamped PAD from my bank ( which had a slight error on it that could be corrected by pen ) even with all that they insisted that they couldn't help me because " SGI didn't accept this and didn't except this " . Because of the small error on my PAD that they made me make an extra trip into Saskatoon because the original one had my Manitoba address on it still . ( all lies ) I went into the SGI at Lawson heights mall . They typed my name into the system said " welcome back to Saskatchewan but you have a photo radar that needs paid at the court house . Went to the court house paid my fine . Went back to Lawson heights mall and they had everything ready for me to sign and was out of there in 5 minutes . Side note : at Kessler insurance it wasn't just one staff that was rude , lazy and completely inept , it was the entire staff including management . Never seen such a disgusting display of ignorance laziness and just completely doing their best to make someone's life harder than it needs to be . I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy .
The only complaint I have is the website is never ever updated to show hours during holidays. Never know if taking the Friday or the Monday on a holiday. Like today website says open however they are closed.
